The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue, and building strong relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners. Experience within the UAE real estate market is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive direct and indirect sales through brokers, agents.Ensure consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales KPIs and revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage networks and channel partners.Lead partner onboarding, training, and performance tracking.Collaborate with marketing and project teams for successful launches.Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.Manage key client accounts and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to lead teams and deliver sales targets.Strong network of agents and brokers across the UAE.Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
