Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the projects.</p><h3>Key Accountability Areas</h3><h3>Client Engagement</h3><ul><li>Meet with potential buyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.</li><li>Conduct tours of villa projects, showcasing features and amenities to highlight their appeal.</li><li>Maintain relationships with clients after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.</li></ul><h3>Market Research and Lead Generation</h3><ul><li>Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competition to provide accurate information to clients.</li><li>Identify and pursue new leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.</li></ul><h3>Sales Process</h3><ul><li>Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with buyers, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement.</li><li>Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements.</li></ul><h3>Marketing Collaboration</h3><ul><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.</li></ul><h3>Reporting and Analysis</h3><ul><li>Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and client feedback to management.</li></ul><h3>Role Accountability</h3><h3>HR Proficiency</h3><ul><li>Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.</li><li>To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it.</li></ul><h3>Delivery</h3><ul><li>Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.</li><li>Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.</li><li>Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.</li></ul><h3>Problem-Solving</h3><ul><li>Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.</li></ul><h3>Quality</h3><ul><li>Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.</li></ul><h3>Business Process Improvements</h3><ul><li>Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities as much as possible.</li></ul><h3>Compliance</h3><ul><li>Comply with related policy and procedures and work instructions.</li></ul><h3>Health, Safety, and Environment</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.</li></ul><h3>Academic Qualification</h3><p>Diploma Degree in Marketing&Communication</p><h3>Work Experience</h3><p>Fresher - 0-2 years</p><h3>Technical / Functional Competencies</h3><ul><li>Communication</li><li>Customer Service Oriented</li><li>Negotiation</li><li>Presentation</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
