Real Estate Sales Manager

DescriptionPosition: Real Estate Sales Manager Location: DubaiRole Purpose:To lead and manage the performance of Real Estate Finance and real estate in generals.Self-motivated Relationship Manager that should process a strong background in UAE real estate sales proven track record of driving sales success and contribute growth to the real estate business.The sole owner of the accounts which needs to be kept up to date.Key Accountabilities of the role: Responsibilities:Generating client leads to finance a real estate property.Counseling customer on market conditions rates prices and mortgages.Developing a competitive market price by comparing other competitive banks.Creating lists for real estate sale properties with information location features square footage etc.Building customer case with all required documents as per ADIB approved TM/RAC.Finalize deals with customer for signing facility offer letter mortgage contract and other related documents.Build and maintain strong relationship with clients understanding their needs and preferences.Solid understanding on the available real estate products and variances.Strong understanding on CRM and sales toolsExcellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.Able to calculate customers net worth and build up a strong case for credit underwriting.Able to calculate customers eligibility based on the risk weightage components and prepare different amortization schedules.Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.Address clients inquiries promptly and professionally ensuring and maintaining a positive client experience.Ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met during property transaction.Constantly follow up with credit and operations on pipeline cases.Follow up with valuation company with the valuation report.Achieve monthly sales target.Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and drive to excel in the competitive real estate market.Drive business growth and new sales acquisitions pertaining Real Estate FinanceWork closely with the head of Sales to cascade sales target and sales achievement.Achieve monthly target sales.Adhere to approved TM/RAC and ADIB policy.Maintain special customer experience.Maintain real estate account.Take ownership on pipeline cases and promptly follow up with cases to finalize overall transaction.Adhere to HR controls procedure and policy.Ensure all communications are professionally and promptly addressed.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:Bachelors degree in business with preferably a specialization in Finance or Accounting.8 - 10 years relevant experience in the banking sector.Understand Real Estate market / industry dynamics and key drivers of change in market conditions.Proven sales record and driving sales success.Good knowledge of UAE Banking practices regulations and risks.Good planning organization interpersonal and communication skills.MIS SkillsGood knowledge in risk weightage components amortization schedules real estate market & relevant products.Time management skills.PC literate with exceptional analytical skillsRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Microsoft Office,Portfolio Management,Microsoft Word,Asset Management,Yardi,Microsoft Excel,Administrative Experience,DocuSign,Property Management,negotiation,Contracts,Google Suite Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
