Client Engagement & Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain relationships with potential buyers and property owners to generate leads and referrals.Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.2. Property Showcasing & AdvisoryConduct property tours and viewings for prospective buyers, clearly highlighting property features and benefits.Stay informed about Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide well-informed recommendations.Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions while ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and closing processes to ensure smooth transactions.4. Sales Performance & Target AchievementAchieve and exceed sales targets set by the Director of Secondary Sales through proactive sales strategies and client engagement.Use CRM systems and sales tools to manage client interactions, track leads, and monitor performance.Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing and Legal, to ensure regulatory compliance and effective property promotion.Maintain and regularly update listings of available properties.6.
