The role involves building client relationships, identifying their property needs, offering tailored real estate solutions, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and ensuring positive client experiences. Keeping updated with the Ras Al Khaimah property market trends and providing strategic consulting to clients will also be key responsibilities.QualificationsHave a real Estate, or related field preferred is requiredStrong skills in Consulting and Sales to identify client needs, recommend properties, and close deals successfully.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Proven experience or expertise in Real Estate to provide market insights and deliver expert advice to clients.Ability to work independently and effectively in an on-site setting while meeting targets.Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.A valid UAE driving license and familiarity with Ras Al Khaimah's areas and neighborhoods is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
