Real Estate Operating Model&Process Improvement Analyst

<p>The Business Analyst will lead the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Real Estate Operating Model and end-to-end business processes across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in business analysis, process architecture, and transformation within real estate environments, including leasing, property management, asset management, facilities management, and finance integration.</p><p>The position acts as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and governance functions, ensuring structured requirements management, operational clarity, and measurable performance improvements aligned with strategic objectives.</p><p>This section defines the key roles&responsibilities associated with the subject job</p><p><strong>Monitoring Unit Task</strong></p><ul><li>Attend Board and senior management meetings; record discussions, decisions, and action points.</li><li>Monitor task progress, provide status updates, and escalate delays to stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Operating Model&Process Design</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design and enhancement of the Real Estate Operating Model across leasing, property management, asset management, facilities management, and finance.</li><li>Develop end-to-end process maps aligned with APQC Process Classification Framework (PCF) standards.</li><li>Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, duplication, and ownership overlaps; recommend structural and governance improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Business Requirements Management</strong></p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) aligned with strategic objectives.</li><li>Establish and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure full lifecycle traceability from requirement to implementation and testing.</li><li>Support ERP and digital transformation initiatives, including systems such as Yardi, SAP, or equivalent platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Process Excellence&Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Apply Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC) to improve operational performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Governance&Best Practice Alignment</strong></p><ul><li>Align business processes with APQC best practices and relevant industry benchmarks.</li><li>Ensure integration between operating model design, governance frameworks, and performance management systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills&Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience designing and optimizing Real Estate operating models, including leasing, property management, and asset management.</li><li>Hands-on experience developing BRDs, RTMs, and leading structured requirements management within ERP or digital transformation programs.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Certifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related discipline.</li><li>Preferred certification IIBA certification, Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 6 years of experience of experience in Business Analysis, Process Excellence, or Transformation roles.</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
