Real Estate Marketing Lead (Growth&Brand)

<p>We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our real estate projects. The successful candidate will manage marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and ensure strong presence across digital and traditional platforms in line with business objectives.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>•Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for real estate projects and clients.</p><p>•Manage and monitor advertising campaigns, including digital marketing, outdoor media, and real estate exhibitions.</p><p>•Supervise content creation for social media, websites, and marketing materials.</p><p>•Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales conversion targets.</p><p>•Build and maintain partnerships with developers, agencies, and media channels.</p><p>•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.</p><p>•Manage brand identity and ensure consistent communication across all channels.</p><p>•Prepare and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective cost management.</p><p>•Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.</p><p>•Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure creative excellence and timely delivery.</p><p>Qualifications&Experience</p><p>•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.</p><p>•Minimum 6–8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in real estate marketing.</p><p>•Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and media buying.</p><p>•Proven track record in lead generation and project marketing.</p><p>•Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
