With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we’re driving major missions forward.</p><p>The Real Estate Associate is responsible for identifying, securing, and launching new locations for the company’s quick‑commerce operations.</p><ul><li>Conduct research and analysis to identify potential retail shops for dark stores in targeted areas.</li><li>Gather information on available retail spaces, lease terms, rental rates, and market conditions.</li><li>Evaluate potential retail shops based on predefined criteria, such as location, size, layout, accessibility, and proximity to target customer segments.</li><li>Utilize online platforms, databases, and industry resources to search for available retail spaces and track market trends.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conduct site visits, take measurements, and document key details about each location.</li><li>Support in negotiating lease agreements and liaise with landlords and property owners as needed.</li><li>Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders, and contractors to evaluate and optimize the layout and design of dark store spaces.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas where our dark stores can gain a competitive advantage.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, including recommendations for potential dark store locations.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to dark store operations and real estate.</li></ul><h3>What you’ll need:</h3><ul><li>Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.</li><li>Great people skills and ability to communicate constructive feedback.</li><li>Problem‑solving capabilities to create strategies to improve support quality.</li><li>Excellent English vocabulary&writing skills.</li><li>Ability to work with little supervision, take responsibility and get the task done.</li><li>Must have good knowledge in MS Office and presentation skills.</li></ul><h3>Who will excel?</h3><ul><li>We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.</li><li>You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.</li><li>We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.</li><li>noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
