Mokan Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will represent the agency with excellence, cultivate and manage strong client relationships, and oversee transactions across both off-plan and secondary markets. You will play a key role in generating sales, supporting buyers and sellers throughout the process, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the company.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.Manage property viewings, handle negotiations, and facilitate smooth transaction closings.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Stay informed about UAE real estate regulations, market trends, and new developments.Promote company listings and services to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors.Achieve sales targets and actively contribute to overall team success.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role within the UAE real estate market.Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market transactions.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
