This position involves working closely with the engineering team to enhance existing products and develop innovative solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop polymer-based products for construction applications.Conduct research and testing to improve product performance and sustainability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize product formulations.Evaluate and test the physical properties of materials and polymers.Develop technical documentation including specifications and test protocols.Identify and implement improvements in product development processes.Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the related industry.Provide technical support for production teams and external stakeholders as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
