RBP (Relationship-Based Pricing) ConsultantRole OverviewWe are looking for experienced RBP (Relationship-Based Pricing) Consultant with strong expertise in the Zafin SaaS platform to drive enterprise pricing strategies for banking products.The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing customer-centric pricing models, enabling revenue optimization, and ensuring seamless integration with core banking systems. This role requires a combination of functional banking knowledge and technical platform expertise.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement relationship-based pricing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.Translate business pricing models into configurable rules within the Zafin platform.Design pricing frameworks considering customer relationships across products and channels.Enable differentiated pricing models for Retail, SME, and Corporate banking segments.Align pricing strategies with digital transformation initiatives and overall business goals.Establish and maintain pricing governance, policies, and segmentation strategies.Lead the implementation and rollout of the Zafin Relationship-Based Pricing platform.Configure pricing rules, bundles, discounts, and offers within the platform.Manage integration with core banking systems (e.g., Finacle) and ensure seamless data flow.Enable real-time pricing APIs for consumption by digital channels.Handle pricing catalogue management, lifecycle management, and release upgrades.Ensure platform scalability, performance, and high availability.Define and manage pricing structures for banking products such as accounts, loans, and payments.Configure fee waivers, discounts, and bundled pricing models based on customer relationship tiers.Support product launches by configuring pricing within the platform.Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and effectiveness.Technical & Functional SkillsStrong experience with Zafin SaaS platform for pricing and billing solutionsDeep understanding of relationship-based pricing and revenue management conceptsExperience in core banking integrations (Finacle or similar platforms)Knowledge of API-based integrations and real-time pricing systemsFamiliarity with banking product lifecycle and pricing modelsAbility to design and implement scalable and high-performance pricing architecturesDomain ExperienceStrong experience in Banking and Financial ServicesUnderstanding of retail, SME, and corporate banking segmentsKnowledge of cross-sell strategies and customer value optimizationSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and business teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven and proactive with the ability to lead initiatives independentlyWe craft, deploy, and manage bespoke services in CRM, data and AI, cybersecurity and consulting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
