The role combines technical leadership, client engagement, team development, and business growth to support sustainable regional expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead geotechnical project delivery across KSA.Provide technical oversight and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs.Build, mentor, and support development of the local team.Contribute to bids, proposals, and business development activities.Strengthen relationships with clients and regulatory authorities.Key Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s preferred).Extensive experience in geotechnical design and project leadership.Proven experience in the KSA market.Strong client-facing and team management background.Key Knowledge And SkillsExpert knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and standards.Strong understanding of KSA regulations and authority processes.Leadership, mentoring, and strategic growth capability.Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.How To ApplyPlease submit your application through our official careers portal.
