Radar Integration Team Lead: Field Deployments&Testing

<p><strong>PULSE</strong>, the joint venture between<strong>EDGE</strong>and<strong>INDRA</strong>, is seeking an experienced<strong>Radar Integration Team Lead</strong>to lead the integration, testing, and deployment of advanced radar and defense systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise, requiring the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring successful delivery across complex, mission-critical projects.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>▪ Lead and mentor engineers in integration, testing, and deployment of radar and defense systems.<br><br>▪ Manage technical planning, resource allocation, and project execution in line with program objectives.<br><br>▪ Oversee radar commissioning (Setting to Work, FAT, SAT, environmental/EMI-EMC tests) and validate performance under operational conditions.<br><br>▪ Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and customer reports; ensure compliance with MIL-STD and defense standards.<br><br>▪ Support field integration and training, including travel to client sites and military locations<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>▪ Lead and mentor engineers in integration, testing, and deployment of radar and defense systems.<br><br>▪ Manage technical planning, resource allocation, and project execution in line with program objectives.<br><br>▪ Oversee radar commissioning (Setting to Work, FAT, SAT, environmental/EMI-EMC tests) and validate performance under operational conditions.<br><br>▪ Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and customer reports; ensure compliance with MIL-STD and defense standards.<br><br>▪ Support field integration and training, including travel to client sites and military locations<br><br><strong>Skills<br><br></strong>▪ Leadership in field operations, coordinating on-site engineering teams and integration activities<br><br>▪ Advanced troubleshooting of complex HW/SW, RF, power, and network issues<br><br>▪ Clear customer communication for briefings, incident escalation, and reporting<br><br>▪ Planning and oversight of integration, commissioning, and FAT/SAT acceptance tests<br><br>▪ High adaptability to demanding operational environments and time-critical deployments.</p>#J-18808-Ljbffr
