The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in chemical product development, preferably from a reputable construction chemical company.Key Responsibilities:Lead the R&D team in formulating, testing, and optimizing construction chemical products (e.g., adhesives, sealants, coatings, concrete additives).Drive innovation by developing new products and improving existing formulations to meet market demands.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality control, sales) to ensure seamless product commercialization.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and technological advancements.Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) and environmental/safety regulations.Manage R&D budgets, timelines, and intellectual property (patents, trade secrets).Mentor junior scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Masters or PhD in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry (preferred).
