The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation contract management and ensuring project budgets are effectively controlled from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare BOQs cost estimates and tender documentationConduct site measurements and valuationsMonitor project costs variations and prepare interim/final payment applicationsNegotiate with subcontractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with contracts and project specificationsProvide cost advice to project teams and managementRequirementsDegree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering23 years of UAE experience in contracting firmsStrong knowledge of cost control billing and tender processesProficiency in MS Excel AutoCAD and QS softwareAttention to detail and strong analytical skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
