The role involves cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimatesMonitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgetEvaluate contractor bills, variations, and claimsCoordinate with project teams for cost planning and reportingMaintain accurate documentation and progress reports Requirements BE/B. Tech in Civil EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in building construction projectsStrong expertise in quantity surveying and cost controlAbility to mobilize immediately
