Quantity Surveyor /Senior QS

ResponsibilitiesHandle post-contract functions including interim and final payments, variations, cash flows, claims and contractual correspondence.Conversant with CESSM.Provide advice on contractual matters and ensure all requirements are met.Advise on contractors resource allocation and audit contractor payments.Ensure timely and complete submission of valuations.Record and check measurements of work completed.Prepare variations and day-works.Monitor and update the final cost estimate for the contract.Maintain and track expenditure records.Review, negotiate and prepare claim settlements.Coordinate and monitor the activities of the team.Prepare financial statements for monthly reporting.RequirementsMinimum of 8 years experience for QSMinimum of 15 years experience for QS UAE Authority approvals MRICSPrior experience in construction supervision or operation and maintenance of major roads, bridges and infrastructure projectsRelevant work experience in quantity surveying or construction with expertise in cost estimating and contract administrationStrong analytical numerical and communication skills; proficiency in construction softwareFamiliarity with construction processes drawings specifications and contract regulations#J-18808-Ljbffr
