As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing expert cost management and consultancy services for various construction projects across the region.Manage post‑contract commercial activities on developer‑led projects from award to final accountMonitor and control project costs, including cost‑to‑complete and cashflow forecastsAssess, negotiate, and agree variations, claims, and change eventsPrepare monthly cost reports for internal teams and stakeholdersIdentify and manage commercial and cost risks throughout the project lifecycleLead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to achieve best valueAdminister interim payments, valuations, and final accountsWork closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams to support project deliveryWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldProfessional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., RICS, AACE International) an advantageMinimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancy.Previous experiencein the Middle East region is essential.Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelStrong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detailli>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team membersIn-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and current market ratesAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluency in EnglishWhat's in it for you?NA#J-18808-Ljbffr
