Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timePrepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for building projects.Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotations and contracts.Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress against budgets.Prepare interim payment applications, final accounts, and cost reports.Support tender preparation and bid submissions with accurate cost data.Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial transparency.Conduct site visits to verify work progress and validate contractor claims.Ensure compliance with contractual terms, industry standards, and company policies.Provide advice on value engineering and cost optimization strategies.RequirementsQualifications & ExperienceBE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in building construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.Proficiency in QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, or equivalent).Experience in tendering, contract administration, and project cost control.#J-18808-Ljbffr
