Our client, a Leading Design/Construction company in Dubai also renowned for designing and building luxury spaces. Their services span acrosslandscaping, pools, interior fit-outs, villa extensions, and custom carpentry, making them a one-stop destination for premium design and build solutions is looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to support and manage project costing, estimation, and contract management across their landscaping and interior design projects.Key highlights of the role:Manage full QS activities including detailed cost estimates, BOQs, budgeting, and progress billingEvaluate tenders, quotations, and subcontractor agreementsMonitor project costs, variations, and ensure alignment with budgetsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and site teams; ensure compliance withDubai Municipality regulationsand major developers (EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES, etc.)Conduct site inspections to verify quantities, progress, and qualityPrepare financial statements, weekly invoicing, and required project documentationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (attested) mandatoryDubai Municipality–approved card holder & validSOE license(mandatory)Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying or project engineering, preferably within landscaping or interior designStrong expertise in estimation, pricing, and quantity take-offsProficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and engineering softwareStrong analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsPlease apply if you think you fit the role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
