Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will play a crucial role in providing expert cost management and consultancy services for various construction projects across the region.Monitor and report on project costs including cash flow forecasts and cost-to-complete estimatesIdentify and mitigate potential cost risks throughout the project lifecycleNegotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value for clientsPrepare monthly cost reports and presentations for clients and project stakeholdersCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects engineers and project managersQualificationsBachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a related fieldProfessional certification from a recognized institution (e.g. RICS AACE International) an advantageMinimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancy.Previous experiencein the Middle East region is essential.Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g. CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite especially ExcelStrong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients contractors and team membersIn-depth knowledge of construction industry standards practices and current market ratesAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlinesFluency in EnglishRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
