We lead project success stories.Role OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a renowned organization known for our high-calibre experience in the region’s-built environment. We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery on a major infrastructure programme in Abu Dhabi. This role will focus on supporting post-contract cost management and commercial activities, working closely with senior commercial team members to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with contractual requirements. You will be part of a structured PMC environment, gaining exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects and working alongside experienced commercial professionals.Project ScopeMajor strategic infrastructure programme in Abu Dhabi, forming part of a wider master planned road networkScope includes roads, interchanges, utilities diversions, drainage, and associated civil infrastructureKey ResponsibilitiesCost Management & ReportingSupport monitoring of project costs against approved budgetsAssist in preparing cost reports and forecastsTrack cost movements and highlight variancesContract AdministrationAssist in administering contracts in line with project requirementsSupport monitoring of contractor performance and complianceMaintain records of contractual correspondenceValuation & Payment CertificationAssist in reviewing contractor payment applicationsSupport preparation of valuations based on progressEnsure documentation is accurate and up to dateChange Control & VariationsAssist in reviewing variation submissionsTrack and record changes within the projectSupport commercial team in evaluating cost impactsRisk & Commercial SupportSupport identification of commercial risksAssist in maintaining risk registers and reportingProvide general commercial support to the project teamProject Close-OutAssist with final account preparation and close-out activitiesEnsure proper documentation and filing of commercial recordsQualificationsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management5-7 years’ experience in infrastructure or civil projectsExperience within consultancy, PMC, or contractor environmentsBasic understanding of post-contract commercial processesFamiliarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantageStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnDesirable AttributesUAE experience is preferredExposure to infrastructure projects (roads, utilities)Strong communication and organisational skillsProactive and able to work as part of a teamApplicationTo express your interest in a career with us, please apply via the link attached.
