Its projects span key industries, including buildings, water infrastructure, and rail transportation.Role DescriptionAs a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines, you will be responsible for tasks such as cost planning, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost control, and cost reporting for various projects. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient cost management throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, where you will collaborate with the project team to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality and budgetary standards.QualificationsProficiency in Cost Control to ensure expenditures align with project budgets and financial strategies.Experience in preparing and managing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) tailored to project specifications.Strong skills in Cost Management and Cost Planning to evaluate and optimize project financials effectively.Ability to conduct detailed Cost Reporting on project progress, financial accuracy, and forecasts.Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel; familiarity with CAD tools is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in the construction or contracting industry is highly desirable.#J-18808-Ljbffr
