The role ensures budget control, accurate valuations, and risk mitigation from tender award through final account settlement. The successful candidate will collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to support cost management, claims, and contractual compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor project cash flows, cost reports (CVR), and budget forecastsSubmit monthly Interim Payment Applications and manage variations and change ordersAdminister subcontractor contracts, certify payments, and manage final accountsPerform quantity take-offs and re-measurements from drawings/BOQsAssist in preparation of claims, notifications, and tender packagesQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering5+ years experience in building construction; UAE/GCC experience essentialProficient in Candy (CCS), MS Excel, PlanSwift, and AutoCADStrong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and standard methods of measurement (POMI/CESMM)#J-18808-Ljbffr
