QUANTITY SURVEYOR - ARCHITECTURAL

Job Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for architectural works using PlanSwift.Analyze project drawings specifications and design documents to determine material and labor requirements.Assist in the preparation of tender documents bills of quantities and pricing submissions.Evaluate subcontractor quotations and advise on cost implications.Coordinate with project teams architects and engineers to ensure accurate pre-contract cost assessments.Maintain up-to-date records of quantities cost plans and estimation data.Support management in reviewing budgets cost plans and value engineering exercises.Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC construction standards contract requirements and client specifications.Key Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineer Architecture or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of pre-contract Quantity Surveying experience in contracting companies specifically for architectural works.Strong experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation.Proficiency in PlanSwift software is mandatory.Strong communication organizational and analytical skills.Experience working on UAE/GCC projects.Currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.Vertical: Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
