Joining this project offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a landmark development that will redefine urban mobility in the capital.ResponsibilitiesLead the quantity surveying team in preparing detailed quantities for roads and bridges projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and manage Employer payment certificates, ensuring timely and accurate processing to facilitate smooth cash flow for projects.Oversee the preparation of supplier and subcontractor payment certificates, ensuring that all payments are based on verified work quantities and contractual agreements.Coordinate with the Procurement department to ensure procurement of the materials in the accurate quantity.Conduct regular site visits to verify quantities and ensure that all work is being executed according to the specified standards and requirements.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to assess project feasibility and develop effective strategies for managing quantities and payments.Monitor project progress and update quantities accordingly, ensuring that all changes are accurately reflected in payment submissions and project reports.SkillsQualifications & EducationEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.Experience RequirementsTotal Experience: 15+ years experience at infrastructure projects such as bridges, underpasses, overpasses, roads, highways.Regional Experience: Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.Skills & CompetenciesLanguages: Excellent command of English (written & spoken). Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Autocad, Autodesk Civil 3D.Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Mindset: A self-driven, result-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership.#J-18808-Ljbffr
