Quality Team Leader

<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled Quality Team Leader to oversee quality operations across warehouse and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines while driving a culture of accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and develop the quality team, oversee daily activities, and ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Monitor inbound materials, in-process operations, and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Develop, update, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.</li><li>Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance workflow.</li><li>Train warehouse staff on quality standards, inspection procedures, proper handling, and quality tools.</li><li>Conduct internal audits and ensure alignment with ISO and other relevant standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality incidents.</li><li>Prepare and present quality performance reports, trends, and risk assessments to management.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to resolve quality-related issues and support supplier evaluations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control, with at least 1 year in a leadership role</li><li>Practical experience in warehouse or supply chain quality operations.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-development skills.</li><li>Solid knowledge of quality standards, SOPs, CAPA, and auditing practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in quality tools and MS Office applications.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
