Position SummaryRequired Quality Manager with experience in Electro mechanical. Candidate must have experience in manufacturing industry or fabrication industry.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop the QA/QC activities for the production. Manage a continuous improvement system and its vendors and suppliers. Manage the vendors' development, training, auditing & qualifying process, while ensuring vendors are following the engineering and manufacturing guidelines. Develop and ensure continuous improvement on internal and external QA/QC processes with the objective to reach high customer satisfaction and to support business growth.EducationMaster degree in Engineering and Quality Assurance background or equivalent through experienceExperience7 years of experience in QA/QC processes in an industrial manufacturing environment (Electro-Mechanical)Specific Knowledge & SkillsManagement skillsQA/QC procedures related to steel fabrication (welding, painting, measurements, norms (ASME, EN, ISO))Production Management Principles, 6 Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Lean Thinking philosophyLanguages: English (more are an asset)Computer literate (MS Office)Business understanding: Knowledge of company's domestic and international activities#J-18808-Ljbffr
