ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement project specific QAQC plans tailored to the unique requirements of buildings construction projects.Collaborate with project teams to integrate QAQC processes into project schedules.Conduct regular quality control inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.Implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.Establish and enforce standards for materials and workmanship in accordance with project requirements.Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure the use of approved materials.Maintain detailed QAQC documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.Provide regular reports to project stakeholders on QAQC performance.Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on QAQC procedures, standards, and best practices.Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability on the project site.Stay informed about relevant local and international regulations and standards.Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to address quality-related concerns and ensure alignment with project goals.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in QAQC management, with a focus on schools and car parking construction projects.Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.Professional certifications in QAQC or related fields are highly desirable.Strong leadership and communication skills.Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.#J-18808-Ljbffr
