Quality Management System Specialists ETQ Automation

Job Description As a QMS Specialist ETQ Automation at Generac, your primary purpose will be to provide automated support for the effective implementation and maintenance of Generacs electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). You will work with cross-functional teams to provide ETQ support for the configuration and administration to automate Generacs QMS processes and related KPIs, including Document Management, Nonconformity Management (Tier 1) and Corrective Action (Tier 2), Supplier Quality, Product Quality Hold, and Audit Management. Your major responsibilities will include ensuring that the eQMS software solution is maintained and adheres to Generac Quality Management System (GQMS) by providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams. You will also maintain the Generac Quality Management System (GQMS) by providing configuration and administrative support for Generacs eQMS software, performing document reviews, migrating documents into the eQMS software system, conducting reviews of open actions, providing training for users, and more. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or equivalent career experience - 3-5 years of experience - Demonstrated knowledge of ISO/Risk Based management system fundamentals (i.e., 9001, 13485, etc.) - Demonstrated knowledge of ETQ fundamentals and experience utilizing their electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) software/platform - Demonstrated knowledge of Power BI Visualization and Reporting Tool - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Effective communication skills and attention to detail Preferred Job Requirements: - Working knowledge of the SAP software/platform - Working knowledge of the Data lake platform - Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams As a QMS Specialist ETQ Automation at Generac, your primary purpose will be to provide automated support for the effective implementation and maintenance of Generacs electronic Quality Management System (eQMS).
