Quality Inspector

Inspect materials, components, and finished products for defects, qualityissues, and compliance with specifications.Inspect fabricated piping, welded joints, and components for quality,dimensions, and compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards(e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO, etc.).Conduct visual, mechanical, and functional tests using standard tools andequipment.Conduct visual inspections of welds, joints, and materials to ensure they meetthe required quality standards and specifications.Document inspection results, noting any defects or discrepancies, and reportthem to the relevant departments.Review and verify compliance with company and industry-specific qualitystandards.Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues andrecommend improvements to processes.Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment as required.Perform in-process inspections at various stages of assembly to ensureconsistent quality throughout production.Assist in training and educating staff on quality standards and procedures.Validate the final product to ensure compliance with engineering bill ofmaterial (BOM) Qualifications: Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar quality control role.Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges,etc.).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
