OverviewDescriptionJob Summary: The Quality Inspector will be responsible for thoroughly examining and testing parts/products to ensure they meet established quality standards identifying defects reporting issues to relevant teams and guaranteeing that only highquality products shipped to customers adhering to internal company procedure.The Quality Inspector will be based in Emerson Dubai UAE this role is 100 in the office mostly working in the Office.ResponsibilitiesIncoming Inspection of parts and components as per Rosemount parts Inspection plan and customer approved drawingInitiation of Material reviewManage processes to quarantine review and disposition nonconforming materialActively participating in Analyzing Root cause of the issue with the supplierVerify Interco component part quality once floor returned and report on in bound qualityExternal supplier part s Analysis to understand parts & process failureSupport SPE on inspection for Direct sourcing processActively participate in process improvement teamPerform inhouse calibration verification of instruments using Master instrumentPerform preventive maintenance of all Inspection toolsSelection of equipment calibration service provider and calibration requirementsPerforming Project inspection at Hub and at supplier site as per inspection planSupporting CC team to close customer comments on inspectionActively participating in revising quality related proceduresUpdating Emetrology and equipment calibration processManaging product hold & NCFollow safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisionAdhere to Health Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.Who you areYou build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.You focus on creating an effective collaborative style.You encourage the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions.You act with a clear sense of ownership.For this Role You Will NeedTechnical Diploma or General Equivalency Degree2 to 3 years of functional experienceProficient in reading and interpreting DrawingsExperience with Root Cause Analysis toolsPreferred Qualifications that Set You ApartKnowledgeable in ASTM/ASME standardsISO 9001 knowledgeExperience in performing mechanical and Electrical parts inspectionKnowledge on Rosemount productsOur offer to you!We recognize the importance of employee wellbeing and know that to do your best you have flexible competitive benefit plans to meet you and your familys physical mental financial and social needs.
