Quality Inspector - Architect

The Quality Inspector - Architect is responsible for overseeing and inspecting architectural works to ensure full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role involves conducting site inspections, identifying non‑conformities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring that all architectural elements are executed to the highest standards. The position requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce quality procedures within a PMC environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standardsMonitor construction activities to verify adherence to project requirements, codes, and industry best practicesIdentify, document, and report non‑conformities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectivelyReview architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for complianceCoordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical and quality‑related issuesParticipate in site meetings, progress reviews, and quality coordination sessionsMaintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation in accordance with project proceduresSupport the implementation of the project's Quality Management System (QMS)Ensure that all architectural finishes, materials, and workmanship meet the required standardsAssist in final inspections, snagging, and project handover activitiesQualifications & RequirementsMinimum 6 years of experience in architectural quality inspection within PMC and building construction projectsBachelor's degree in Architecture or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of architectural construction methods, materials, and quality standardsExperience in reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical submittalsFamiliarity with international building codes and quality management systemsExcellent communication, coordination, and reporting skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple inspection tasksHigh attention to detail and strong commitment to quality compliance#J-18808-Ljbffr
