Quality & Hygiene Officer

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for conducting and reporting quality & food safety controls of the hotel.Responsible for adapting to and implementing monitoring and reporting the compliance of the hotel according to Rixos Hotels UAE quality management standards & hotels quality food safety and sustainability management certifications ( ISO 9001 ISO 10002 ISO 14001 TS EN 15288:2 ISO 22000 GSTC IBCCES CAC ) and local food safety laws and regulations.Responsible for attending the Rixos Hotels UAE cross-internal audits.Responsible for conducting and reporting the supplier audits.Responsible for conducting the laboratory sampling analyzing and reporting the results.Responsible for carrying out and recording trainings related with quality management food safety and sustainability.Responsible for completing the other assigned duties by Quality & Sustainability department management.Will report to hotels Quality & Sustainability Manager.QualificationsDiploma or degree in Food Engineering Food Technology Biotechnology Microbiology or related expertise.At least 2 years experience in 4/ 5 stars hotels based in the UAE.Additional InformationWhat is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities like Planet 21Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
