<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Monitor the quality of products and the proper operation of the equipment.</li><li>Check the technical and sanitary condition of the machine and its units.</li><li>Ensure no damage on equipment.</li><li>Coordinate with the immediate supervisor and technicians in case of machinery breakdown or troubleshooting.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the workplace and equipment, preventing foreign objects on the equipment and at the workplace.</li><li>Work in compliance with quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Awareness ISO.</li><li>Follow various SOPs within the department set out for the smooth functioning of machines.</li><li>Do CLIRT (Clean, Lubricate, Inspect, Retightening) as per the checklist provided.</li><li>Inspect product and packing of the product as per the given standard.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
