Quality Engineering Specialist (Subsurface )About the job Quality Engineering Specialist (Subsurface )QualificationsBachelors degree in Science, Technology or Engineering.Knowledge and/or Experience8 years of general experience including 5 years oilfield industry related goods and services used in drilling, completion, workover engineering and operations with 5 years experience dedicated to a quality related field (quality assurance, quality control systems, analysis, and tool development).Certified Quality Engineer.Certified Auditor (e.g., IRCA, ASQ, API).Technical and Business SkillsFormal training and proficient in ISO 9001, API Spec Q1 and/or API Spec Q2 Quality Management Systems, Materials and Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Non-Conformance Reporting and Continual Improvement Processes.Experience in Project Management, Reliability Engineering, ASNT Non-Destructive Testing, NACE Corrosion Engineering, Drilling (Operations, Rig Inspection, BOP/PCE Operation, Maintenance and Inspection, OCTG Tubular Inspection, Drill Stem Design and Inspection, Casing, WHE Design and Inspection etc).Familiarity with applicable Oil & Gas Industry codes and standards (e.g., API, NACE, ASTM, ASME).
