Job DescriptionRoyal Joinery has its own dedicated workshop to assist clients on high‑profile projects that require international expertise and a level of workmanship that eliminates the need to source subcontractors and third‑party furniture suppliers. Our primary focus is on carpentry and woodwork specialties across various projects and sectors through the delivery of sophisticated, qualified experts in their field and innovative techniques and equipment.We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to ensure that all wooden products meet the required quality standards and specifications. The role involves inspecting raw materials, monitoring production processes, and checking finished wooden items to ensure compliance with drawings, finishes, and client requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect raw wood, boards, and materials before productionMonitor production processes in the wooden factoryEnsure quality standards for joinery, finishing, polishing, and assemblyCheck dimensions, finishing, and workmanship as per drawingsIdentify defects and coordinate corrective actions with production teamsMaintain quality inspection reports and recordsEnsure compliance with safety and quality proceduresJob RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in a wooden factory or joineryStrong knowledge of wood materials, finishes, and joinery processesAbility to read and understand shop drawingsGood attention to detail and problem‑solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
