The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryThe QC/QA Supervisor ensures that all repairs and preventive maintenance activities meet the required quality standards before the equipment is released back to operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform final inspections on repaired equipment.Verify functional tests for engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and safety components.Ensure rework is performed if standards are not met.Maintain and update inspection checklists and quality standards.Conduct random audits on repairs and PM activities.Ensure ISO and internal quality compliance.Maintain inspection records and generate quality reports.Track repeat failures and provide recommendations.Work with supervisors to resolve quality issues.Support training and awareness for technicians.Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering5+ years QC/QA experience in workshop or heavy equipment.Strong inspection and reporting skills.ISO and Lean Six Sigma Certificate is an Plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
