Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeQuality Assurance / Trainer (Qatar)PositionQuality Assurance / TrainerLocationQatarExperienceMinimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Quality Assurance, Training, or a similar role.QualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Quality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate processes, services, or performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational policies.Conduct audits, assessments, and quality reviews, and prepare detailed evaluation reports.Identify gaps in performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Design, develop, and deliver training programs based on quality findings and operational requirements.Conduct onboarding, refresher, and skill enhancement training sessions for employees.Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessment tools.Measure training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.Collaborate with operations and management teams to continuously improve quality and performance standards.Ensure adherence to company procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulations in Qatar.Strong analytical, evaluation, and reporting skills.Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to deliver engaging training sessions and provide constructive feedback.Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quality or training tools.PreferredExperience in training delivery and quality auditing.Certification in Quality Management, Training, or related disciplines.Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.#J-18808-Ljbffr
