You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards across all phases of project execution, from site inspections to documentation control, while supporting our fast-track design-build projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site inspections and review work in progress and completed activitiesValidate and approve quality-related documentation (e.g., checklists, ITPs)Identify, issue, and ensure timely closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Maintain QA/QC records and ensure traceability during auditsCoordinate with PMO, Design, and Construction teams to address quality risks and resolve interdisciplinary issuesRequirements5 years of experience in QA/QC roles.Strong knowledge of quality assurance procedures, construction standards, inspection checklists, NCR lifecycle, and ISO/QA audits.Skills in site inspection, documentation review, root cause analysis, reporting, and follow-upOur ValuesAt ahb, we are guided by:Accountability – We own our work and deliver with integrityCollaboration – We work as one teamSimplicity – We value clarity and direct communicationResourcefulness – We solve problems efficientlyIngenuity – We refine and elevate outcomesCuriosity – We seek deeper understanding to create impact#J-18808-Ljbffr
