We seek candidates who embody innovation, care, and collaboration.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Directly responsible for quality assurance of pharmaceutical drug products by enforcing SFDA requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices, and other quality tools to meet regulations.</li><li>Review batch records and manufacturing documents to verify compliance and record‑keeping for mandated processes.</li><li>Conduct quality audits for API, packaging components, labels, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.</li><li>Follow up on implemented programs (GMP, Good Hygiene Practices, HACCP, Allergen Control, cleaning, sanitation, pest control, equipment calibration) to ensure compliance.</li><li>Coordinate testing result availability for finished products, raw materials, and packaging components, and manage release and hold programs.</li><li>Oversee the “On Hold” product program, including status, release, and destruction of drug products and tailings.</li><li>Assist in investigating and correcting quality‑related issues, including customer complaints, through collaboration.</li><li>Mentor, train, set expectations, and provide accountability evaluations to maintain quality assurance performance.</li><li>Perform other QA duties as directed by the QA Supervisor.</li><li>Maintain competence in all responsibilities of a QA Officer.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><b>Education:</b>Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.</p><p><b>Experience:</b>0–3 years.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
