*Role & responsibilities** *JOB ROLE :** QA role is to monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to established quality standard, identify areas of improvement, and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by providing feedback and coaching to TMOs. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
