We deliver cutting‑edge survey, positioning, and data management services, empowering our clients to make critical, well‑informed business decisions.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Coordinator to join our QSSHEF (Quality, Security, Safety, Health, Environment, Facilities) team. In this role, you will support business tenders, projects, reporting systems, and provide business support via our global helpdesk. Your technical administrative support will be crucial for contract tendering, pre‑qualification processes, and reporting systems. We are looking for an outstanding individual with the work ethic and character to be developed to Advisor level through our QSSHEF development roadmap.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a high level of understanding of the Geo-Services systems, documents, and records to efficiently complete tenders and pre‑qualification questionnaires, ensuring all information is accurate and completeMonitor and update client pre‑qualification systems such as ISNetworld, Achilles, etcAdminister Geo-Services data within our incident reporting system, address reporting system queries and issues, and maintain data hygiene to ensure accuracy and completenessPublish periodic performance reports together with the QSSHEF AdministratorOperate the global QSSHEF helpdesk, log and relay requests for information or help, and provide absence cover for the QSSHEF AdministratorRequirementsInquisitive mindset that digs deep into issues to find solutionsAbility to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively, with strong team collaboration skillsBasic (Level 1) Safety and Health qualification or 2+ years in a similar roleExcellent written and spoken English skillsIntermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 (Word and Excel)Experience with incident reporting systems or other complex IT systemsLegal right to work in the UAEWhy Join Us?Be part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
