Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Job DescriptionJob Overview:The QHSES Assurance Specialist applies their conceptual QHSES Assurance knowledge with moderate guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership. They are responsible for solving a range of straightforward QHSES Assurance problems. They will analyze possible solutions using standard procedures and build knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The QHSES Assurance Specialist understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations by analyzing possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks and Responsibilities:Perform audits as per plan monthly & report timely results/reportsUpdate established procedures & assist in preparing new procedures on a timely basisAssist in developing statistical tools and analysis to monitor KPIs/QIs & other measurementsMaintain and publish KPI, QI, and COQ reports of key functions of the fabrication yard and projects & management report on a monthly and quarterly basis in soft and hard copiesPrepare and review procedures and work instructionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to review audit results and findings to ensure effective root cause analysisLead project teams of specialists, process owners, or other staff to ensure process improvement implementationUse analytical and logical approaches to troubleshoot deficiencies and resolve issues through problem-solving techniques, Lean tools, coaching, and communication with process ownersDefine best practices and promote a culture of process discipline and standardizationCoach and mentor process owners on trend analysis and data-driven decision-makingProvide process analysis, ensuring quality standards are met and proposing improvementsEnsure sustainability of improvements through 30/60/90-day verification auditsMonitor and validate process outputs with functional leadership as neededMaintain and facilitate reviews of Management Systems policies and proceduresPresent results of Management System reviews to site/business leadershipParticipate in special projects for the Quality departmentReview management system documents within review cycles and governance proceduresExpedite documents through review cycles and publish upon approvalManage document repository and ensure quality reporting from the systemPerform voids, supersedes, and deletions in the EDMSAdminister EDMS training and assign user rightsDesign, implement, and enforce document templatesAdvise on best practices for document creation and organization within EDMSReport MS updates bi-weekly and monthly to the intranetFormat, circulate, and integrate documents into management systemsQualificationsEssential Qualifications and Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field5+ years of industry experience related to EPC construction or fabricationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and other business systemsAbility to synthesize complex data and technical documentationCreative problem-solving skillsAbility to translate complex concepts into simple instructions or training materialsStrong communication skills at all organizational levelsUnderstanding of Lean/Continuous Improvement principlesISO Auditor 9001, 14001, 45001, or similar certificationsTeamwork and leadership abilitiesExperience with Management Systems and related softwareExcellent written and spoken communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
