OverviewRole Title: QHSE EngineerRole Type: Outsourced Temporary Full Time OnSiteContract Period: 6 Months (Temporary Contract)Work Location: Dubai UAEExpected Start Date: September 1st 2024Monthly Salary range: AED 8000Role Summary: The purpose of the role is to supervise and support the QHSE team in the Projects LOB.RequirementsEngineering bachelor's degreeMin 24 years of experience in the HSE Construction fieldVery good verbal and written skills (English)Holds certificates of Specialist training OSHA IOSH (NEBOSH IGC is a plus)Good communication, decision making, teamwork and presentation skillsGood computer skills; Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPointRole ResponsibilitiesImplement clients HSE Management systems.Conduct daily inspections and safety walks; provide feedback to HSE manager and department managers on improvements identified to reduce risk in the designated facilities.Conduct HSE training to raise the capabilities of the team.Oversee all site construction and other relevant activities.Prepare regular risk assessments across the required facilities.Prepare and ensure all HSE reports are submitted on time as per required deadlines.Monitor safety rules implementation for personnel in the workplace.Ensure the implementation of the work permit system.Inspect all manual handling, working at heights, electrical tools, and any related site tools to ensure they are in working condition and up to standards.Follow up all contractors’ work and permits.Participate in Accident/Incident and Near-miss investigations and prepare relevant reports.Track environmental metrics and waste segregation and disposal.Communicate and liaise with governmental bodies and local authorities to ensure HSE compliance with national regulations.Complete all project-related documents and ensure implementation and compliance on site.BenefitsUAE Work Permit#J-18808-Ljbffr
