Job Description

Company: Nesma & PartnersRole PurposeTo ensure works are performed in accordance with project specifications, project quality plan, and that contractual obligations are met to support the Quality Management System, overall QC strategy, regulatory requirements, and effective Quality Control (QC).Key AccountabilitiesPolicies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresFollow all relevant QAQC processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Demonstrate compliance to the organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.Interpreting and Applying Quality StandardsInterpret drawings, schematic diagrams, and formulas, to ensure correct application of quality standards on projects. Administers tests at specific stages as identified on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), to record test data in support of statistical quality control procedures.Verification and CommunicationLiaise with the Superintendent and subcontractors to verify works are conducted in alignment with drawings, material submittals, and project specifications. Identify deficiencies and inform the construction team, ensuring their rectification prior to work finalization. Observe sites for correct quality control in relation to contractual references, to ensure deviations are identified and reported.Quality Surveillance and ImplementationScrutinize quality control on site against contractual agreements and Inspection Test Plan (ITP), to ensure their correct implementation.Continuous ImprovementContribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) ManagementConduct all activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner in compliance with internal policies and guidelines.ReportingAssist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.Technical EssentialEducation/CertificationBachelors in Engineering, or any other related field.Experience0-4 years’ related experience in roles within similar positions.LanguagesEnglishSkillsProject Management, Data Analysis & Management, Regulatory Compliance Knowledge, Quality Control Management, Quality Management System (QMS) Proficiency, Mathematical Modeling.Technical PreferredExperienceExperience in the EPC industry.LanguagesArabicSkillsAction Oriented, Ensures Accountability, Collaborates, Communicates Effectively, Self-Development, Situational Adaptability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
