The ideal candidate will ensure all insulation works meet project specifications industry standards and client requirements across Oil & Gas and Energy projects.Key Responsibilities:Inspect insulation materials application methods cladding and weatherproofingVerify compliance with drawings ITPs and technical specificationsMonitor insulation for piping equipment tanks and HVAC ductingIdentify and report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actionsCoordinate with Construction QC Engineering and Client/Third-Party InspectorsPrepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentationRequirementsDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field35 years QC experience in insulation (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical preferred)Strong understanding of insulation materials (Mineral Wool PIR Foam Glass etc.)Ability to read drawings isometrics and technical documentsGood communication and reporting skills Key Skills Quality Inspection,Calipers,Coordinate Measuring Machine,GD&T,ISO 9001,Dimensional Inspection,Micrometer,Quality Control,Training & Development,QA/QC,As9100,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
