QC Engineer

Job Title: QC EngineerFunctional Area: Instrumentation Location: Dubai UAE Reports To: Managing DirectorPosition ObjectiveEnsure the highest standards of quality reliability and customer satisfaction for instrumentation products and processes through effective quality assurance and quality control measures.Drive continuous improvement initiatives identify and resolve quality issues and cultivate a culture of quality excellence within the organization.RequirementsBachelors degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field (Masters degree or relevant certifications such as Certified Instrumentation Professional preferred).35 years of experience in instrumentation engineering ideally within a production or manufacturing environment.Strong ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail accuracy in inspections data analysis and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop implement and maintain quality assurance procedures and systems for instrumentation products and processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Perform inspections testing and evaluation of instrumentation components subassemblies and finished products to verify conformance to specifications and customer requirements.Investigate non-conformances defects and quality issues using structured root cause analysis methods.Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements conduct supplier audits and evaluate supplier performance to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality materials and components.Maintain accurate and detailed records of QA/QC activities including test results inspection findings and corrective actions.Prepare quality reports documentation and performance metrics for management review.AuthorityEnsure reliability efficiency and safety of quality processes through the effective implementation and oversight of instrumentation-related quality control measures.
