As a summer intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in this dynamic environment and observe real operations.This programme is not an assessment pathway; it is an exploration opportunity. It offers early exposure to the energy industry, a supportive environment to build confidence, and a chance to understand what a future career at Shell could look like.What You Will ExperienceReal Exposure to Engineering & Operations:Shadow Shell professionals in areas such as Technology, MTAC, and Engineering.Observe real workflows, technical processes, and operational decision‑making.Gain insight into Shell’s performance culture, safety commitments, and ways of working.You will be supported by:A Business Supervisor (project & technical guidance)A Buddy (day‑to‑day support)Regular Check‑ins with HR and Learning teamsLearning & Development:Safety and business inductionsInformal learning sessions on Shell case studies, and CAR competency framework.Weekly reflections to help you understand your impact and growthAt the end, you will deliver a brief final presentation and receive a Certificate of Completion.Who We Are Looking ForThis internship is designed for students who are early in their career journey and want to explore the energy sector in a supportive, low‑pressure environment.Eligibility CriteriaTo apply, you must:Be a Qatari NationalEnrolled in year 2, 3, or 4 of an university programmeBe studying Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial & Systems)Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 (or equivalent)Application ProcessNote: You must include a Cover Letter when submitting your application.
