QAQC TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain quality control procedures inspection schedules and documentation for all architectural fitout activities.Review project specifications IFC drawings and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.Conduct site inspections for inprogress and completed works ensuring all activities are executed according to approved drawings and QA/QC standards.Identify nonconformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions are implemented.Coordinate with consultants clients and subcontractors on qualityrelated issues.Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as inspection test plans (ITPs) method statements checklists and quality reports.Participate in project meetings technical reviews and quality audits.Support handover documentation including asbuilt drawings warranties and O&M manuals.Key Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 57 years of UAE experience in the architectural fitout industry.Strong knowledge of fitout materials detailing finishes and installation standards.Prior experience in hotel or luxury hospitality projects is a strong advantage.Familiar with local authority regulations and international QA/QC standards.Excellent communication coordination and reporting skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office and document control systems.Currently based in the UAE.Available to join immediately.Vertical:Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
